3 “Basic” Margarita Recipes For National Margarita Day

February 22, 2021

Happy National Margarita Day – A very under recognized holiday if you ask me. Now especially with COVID, I am sure everyone is dealing with a different situation or under complete lockdown, so a fiesta may be out of the question. However, that shouldn’t stop you from celebrating.

There are tons of margarita variations but I figured for this first dedicated post to them, I would cover the basics. There is something for everyone. The classic margarita recipe for the purist, with its tart but balanced taste. Just by adding one ingredient (the jalapeno) it takes it to another level for those spice lovers and is the one I personally gravitate towards.  Finally a frozen strawberry margarita for those who prefer something a little sweeter and fruity. These recipes are all crazy easy and of course you can make any of them frozen.
