This fashion week, Malan Breton was back at Leman Ballroom presenting his Spring Summer collection of Betrayal, Revenge, and Hope. The collection, inspired by fairy tales of the 19th and 20th century, consists of strong, sinuous looks designed in leather, silk, summer weight wools, silk brocades, and the fine tailoring Breton has become internationally known for. With an appropriate-for-the-season, light color palette, designs are both structured and whimsical and has both abstract and futuristic elements, making it a collection that covers both ready-to wear and couture.
