Basic Italian Food? I think not: White Lasagna and Zucchini Chips with Roasted Garlic Aoili

Lasagna is such a great dish to make because its delicious, and there will always be leftovers which means…a day you don’t have to worry about cooking after work.

This recipe is definitely not your average Italian style lasagna as there is no tomato sauce and instead is layered with bechamel, a mushroom and turkey sausage ragu, and zucchini. Such a satisfying dish, ESPECIALLY when paired with these zucchini chips and roasted garlic aioli which I think together are the real star of the show! They are so flavorful from the batter and parmesan topping, and the roasted garlic aioli is truly sensational with a zesty kick. I will definitely be using it for sandwiches, other grilled veggies, and pretty much anything else I can think of.

ALSO. My dad especially loved these recipes. Just something to think about with Fathers day coming up this weekend! 😉
