 Hope you have all been having an amazing holiday season. I know for me, part of hosting a perfect holiday party includes a beautiful themed cocktail. I figured why not share some festive bubbly cocktail recipes that would be perfect for a New Years Eve Party.
Each is delicious, and really just depend what you are going for. The ball drop is the boozy,”manlier” drink, the Pom Pear is a little something for the fruity cocktail lovers and the Sgroppino is a little more balanced and refreshing.
Ball Drop Cocktail
Ingredients
Directions
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of bourborn
- 3/4 tablespoon triple sec
- Champange or sparkling wine
- Maraschino Cherry and Orange peel for garnish
- Add bourbon and triple sec to glass
- Fill the rest of the glass with champagne
Sgroppino
Ingredients
Directions
- Tablespoon Mint
- 3 tablespoons lemon sorbet
- Tablespoon chilled vodka
- Champagne or Prosecco
- Combine all ingredients in chilled champagne flutes
Pom Pear Cocktail
Ingredients
Directions
- 2 oz pomegranate juice
- 1 oz pear juice
- 8 oz champagne
- Pomegranate granite seeds
- Combine all ingredients in chilled champagne flutes
