Give Me MORE Midi: Fall Fashion Inspo 2023

As mentioned in my last fall fashion trend recap of this year, I am LOVING midi dresses. Not just dresses, but the midi length in general has become so popular and really includes a style for everyone. I might also add that these would make perfect Thanksgiving outfit ideas as well as inspiration for the rest of out fall outfits and upcoming holiday outfits.

Plaid Midi Dress

Does anything say something more Fall than plaid. For a change up on the classics, switch up your flannel for a plaid midi dress. Both styles are such staples during the fall season and together it makes for a chic outfit. Think of it as a neutral and easy to style with sneakers, boots, heels, leather accessories, suede… you name it.

More Printed Midis

Brown is the “it” color of the moment and I love the print on this dress. This one in particular is so versatile and so easy to dress up or down. It could easily be paired with sandals or flats to transition for more of a daytime or even beachy look. Again the midi length is perfect as the weather shifts to more cooler temperatures.

Midi Skirts

A sweater set. But make it a skirt. And make it a Midi.

This one is especially for the boho style lovers. I love how the knit crochet adds a nice fall and heavier texture and of course burnt orange color just epitomizes a fall fashion look. I chose to match lean into the boho theme and went with these fringe heel sandals but it would also go great with a bootie.

Leather Midi Skirt

Fall is when everyone is looking to break out their leather and the midi length makes for a fresher more elegant touch to the trend. I turned this look a litltle edgier however by pairing it with an oversized T (think concert T) and some edgy accessories. The shoes could have gone any way — booties, sneakers, but I love the feminine balance that these Suart Wietzman heeled sandals give.
