Summer may be coming to an end but the new collection by Lost Pattern brought us back into vacation mode. The collection entitled “La Isla” is a “concept – an escape, a vibe, and a state of mind.”
In the heart of bustling NYC, the tropical motifs transport us to a serene paradise. The fluidity of the garments and rich bold colors embody an aesthetic that is very relaxed resort wear, but in a way that is elevated especially due to the luxurious fabrics. Their stunning silks, the quality of the fabric, artistic craftsmanship, and sustainable practices, kick these versatile designs up a notch far beyond your dad’s favorite Hawaiian shirt. The looks were fun and eclectic with a vibrant color palette and playful mixed prints. There is also definitely a sense of gender neutrality, and silhouettes that are left very free flowing leave space for styling and creative expression.
The collection is dedicated to the designers’ beloved NYC and is a love letter to the city, honoring the city’s energy, style and inclusivity.
