Oh Malmo. The final stop in our last minuet little Euro adventure. Safe to say we went out with a bang. Comment down below if you have heard of Malmo before. Odds are you haven’t and it is not amongst the places you’re dyingggg to visit. To be honest what led us here was the fact that it was in close proximity to Copenhagen, and just for bragging rights to say that we were able to hit an extra country.
However we ended up here, you might be surprised to learn Malmo (which is the second biggest city in Sweden) was also hard to leave and another place that we wish we had more time in.
Similar to Glasgow, there really is not a whole lot of “to-dos” on your sightseeing list. What there was worth seeing, we did make a point of visiting. Sure you’ll see some beautiful parks, the fort is nice as well, and getting lost on a relaxing walk is probably the best way to explore. However it was the culture that really attracted us to this city, especially the nightlife. Malmo has large squares with restaurants and bars that light up and fill with people as the day goes on. One area we ended up in was called Galma Stadden. There are so many that have cute themes and decorations as well. The scene and music at night is so “European” — not to be cliche, Euro house music, people dressed to the nines, sitting outside under heat lamps. One bar we ended up in was called Victors. Just as in many other typical Euro spots, they all die down around midnight and everyone disperses into the nightclubs. The nightclub we ended up at was actually above the Izakaya sushi restaurant and played song mixes from all over the world. Overall we had SUCH an amazing time.

Wow. wow. wow. are my initial thoughts on Bullen. We visited this rustic and authentic spot for the real deal Swedish food. And that is was exactly we got. This might have been the best meal of the trip. Don’t get me wrong I ate very well, and was happy with every restaurant and cuisine I tried. However- that bacon in gravy… served with a side of potatoes. . 😍😍😍😍 There are truly no words. We also had the Swedish meatballs with lingonberries and mashed potatoes. Very classic and also delicious.

Very good blog! Do you have any suggestions for aspiring writers? I’m hoping to start my own site soon but I’m a little lost on everything. Would you advise starting with a free platform like WordPress or go for a paid option? There are so many options out there that I’m completely overwhelmed .. Any suggestions? Thanks a lot!
I think you just have to get started. Write something even if its not your proudest work. It will get you more motivated and your ideas flowing. Also I use wordpress, and think its definitely great as a starting off point.
