I can’t believe that we are officially in October and full force headed into fall. With the change of seasons comes the change in wardrobe however I can’t speak for everywhere but the beginning of the month definitely tends to be more of a transition phase where as weather is concerned and there are plenty of warm days still up ahead in the forcecast. With that said I wanted to give a few examples of trends that I lean into to transition my style into fall.
No need to ditch this feminine print as it still has a place in fall. I prefer the florals grounded in darker colors, especially black and I enjoy styling it in a more edgy way with leather accessories. The star of this look in particular was this dress from Secret Mission. I actually partnered with the brand and can now offer my followers 15% off their entire order with code ANGELICA15 at check out. Heres a link
Fall Textures: Leather & Suede
Play with fall textures like suede and leather. The thicker materials will keep you a little warmer as the weather gets cooler but isn’t too bulky. I also like the mini length of this skirt to show a little leg and think that the nude color is neutral, so it goes with fall, but also keeps a tan popping while it remains from summer.
Rust Orange & Fall Color Scheme
Embrace fall fashion trends with fall colors. The deep rusty oranges and reds are perfect for the season. There are so many styles to wear it in and its easy to mix and match. Its a neutral so it’s easy to mix and match but adds a subtle pop of color. I love a good monochrome rusty orange look personally and think a jumpsuit is an easy effortless way to achieve a perfect fall look.
