No secret but the Fall is one of my favorite seasons to go visit the wineries. I cant think of a better fall weekend activity than a little day trip to The North Fork and exploring the vineyards. Beautiful ambiance and serve up some great wine. Here are five Long Island wineries to check out this autumn.
Corey Creek
Del Vino
Del Vino is a much closer option than other North Fork wineries for those coming from the city. Not only is the wine delicious but the food is incredible.

Baiting Hollow
Some live music and lively crowd makes visiting Baiting Hollow like a mini fall festival. The grounds are really nice with lovely stables and I also enjoy a bunch of their wines.
Harmony Vineyards
Stunning waterfront grounds and wonderful wines. I recommend coming fed since I found the prepackaged food options to be a little underwhelming.
Sherwood House
Love the cozy ambience and decor of this winery, especially near the fireplace indoors. Of course, I also really enjoyed the wine.
